do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Free Shipping in the United States! International shipping is at a flat rate of $7.87 per order.  Other shipping charges may apply.  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will enter your address and see a total price.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please contact customer service for more information.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service .  Please include your name and order information and we will do what we can to make things right.

  At XtremeGuard, there is a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.  Please contact us with any issues you may have, we truly are here to help.  Reasonable requests and complaints will be addressed in a timely and respectful manner.
When will my order ship?
  Orders are generally processed and shipped withing 2-3 business days.  XtremeGuard makes it a point to process orders as soon as possible meaning your protectors could even be sent out only hours after placing the order.  Please allow at least 7 business days for your order(s) to arrive.  International shipment times can vary depending on location.   If your order seems to be taking longer than it should, please contact customer service and we will do our best to track down your shipment.
